Since 1950, passwords have been the weakest link in an organisation's security policy, causing numerous vulnerabilities. Passwords do not provide strong enough protection against unauthorised cloud, application and network access and identity theft. Redscan has long recognised the weakness of username and passwords to authenticate people.  We have investigated many different technologies looking for a viable, flexible solution.  Cryptocard’s vision of making two factor authentication (2FA) universally available to organisations globally, regardless of their size resonates with our goal of better authentication.
