Mike has primary responsibility for the success of Redscan. He is a veteran of the technology industry with a track record of developing high-performing businesses. His previous ventures include AVT Technologies, a pioneering fintech business which developed the leading eFX trading platform globally owned by Thomson Reuters.
Gubi’s primary responsibilities at Redscan include business strategy, sales and marketing, and operational business functions. He has over 15 years’ experience working within the cyber security and IT services industries and has a Masters in e-Business Strategy and Systems.
Mark is responsible for driving continuous improvements to Redscan’s services. One of the UK’s leading security professionals, he was awarded a lifetime Fellowship from CREST in 2019. He has extensive experience of delivering cyber assessment services, including CBEST CSTAR Penetration Testing and Red Team Operations.
Mark oversees Redscan’s financial operations and is responsible for business planning and analysis. Mark has more than 25 years of financial management experience in the technology sector, including time at the FD Centre and on the executive board of MHR. After working for several years with Redscan in an advisory capacity, he was appointed full-time CFO in 2020.
Constantine is responsible for driving our sales strategy, revenue growth and channel partnerships. Having worked in the industry for over 13 years, he is hugely experienced at working with organisations to help address their security challenges. He holds a Masters degree in International Business Economics.
Paul is responsible for overseeing Redscan Labs, a specialist division dedicated to security research and analysis. Informed by his extensive experience as a CREST certified cyberoffensive security consultant, Paul ensures that Redscan continues to lead the industry in delivering innovative solutions to identify and address constantly evolving threats.
Ed is responsible for legal and business operations at Redscan. Previously, he was Head of Business Operations for Thomson Reuters’ $1 billion plus FX and money markets business. He is a chartered accountant with extensive experience of establishing and running new businesses.
Mark is non-executive Chairman of Spektrix, a SaaS enterprise software business serving the performing arts market and Delio, a SaaS platform for Private Assets as well as non-executive Director of Karnov Group, the leading Scandinavian provider of legal, tax and accounting information. Mark was President of Thomson Reuters Inc, leading the largest Division between 2005-2010.
