Mike has primary responsibility for the success of Redscan. He is a veteran of the technology industry with a track record of developing high-performing businesses. His previous ventures include AVT Technologies, a pioneering fintech business which developed the leading eFX trading platform globally owned by Thomson Reuters.
Gubi’s primary responsibilities at Redscan include business strategy, sales and marketing, and operational business functions. He has over 15 years’ experience working within the cyber security and IT services industries and has a Masters in e-Business Strategy and Systems.
Mark is responsible for driving continuous improvements to Redscan’s services. One of the UK’s leading security professionals, he was awarded a lifetime Fellowship from CREST in 2019. He has extensive experience of delivering cyber assessment services, including CBEST CSTAR Penetration Testing and Red Team Operations.
Martin oversees Redscan’s financial operations and is responsible for business planning and analysis. Martin has over 15 years experience as a CFO in both major corporations and start-ups, with a focus on high-tech solutions companies.
Constantine is responsible for driving our sales strategy, revenue growth and channel partnerships. Having worked in the industry for over 13 years, he is hugely experienced at working with organisations to help address their security challenges. He holds a Masters degree in International Business Economics.
Ed is responsible for legal and business operations at Redscan. Previously, he was Head of Business Operations for Thomson Reuters’ $1 billion plus FX and money markets business. He is a chartered accountant with extensive experience of establishing and running new businesses.
Paul is responsible for overseeing Redscan Labs, a specialist division dedicated to security research and analysis. Informed by his extensive experience as a CREST certified cyberoffensive security consultant, Paul ensures that Redscan continues to lead the industry in delivering innovative solutions to identify and address constantly evolving threats.
Samy leads our team of analysts in Redscan’s Security Operations Centre. Samy is responsible for ensuring consistent delivery across the SOC, helping our clients detect, investigate and respond to threats around-the-clock. Samy is an experienced SOC leader with a proven track record of delivering actionable security outcomes to customers in a wide range of industries.
As the head of our Pen Test team, Jed takes the lead on creating testing programmes to ensure that they run to schedule and on budget, and is actively involved with all aspects of delivery, working with clients to identify and address security vulnerabilities across internal and external infrastructure and applications. Jed is also a frequent presenter of Redscan webinars.
Jason Smolanoff is president of Kroll’s Cyber Risk practice. Jason has more than 20 years of federal law enforcement and information security experience, which includes 12 years at the FBI and senior positions in a range of private sector security advisory companies.

Marc Brawner is a managing director and global head of managed services with Kroll’s Cyber Risk practice. Marc is an expert in cyber risk management, with over 20 years of IT experience, including 16 years focused on cyber, leading security teams at both Kroll and Marsh & McLennan.

Andrew Beckett is a managing director and EMEA leader for Kroll’s Cyber Risk practice. Having started his career at GCHQ, Andrew went on to lead security teams at the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and Airbus Defense and Space, before joining Kroll as managing director in 2015.
